In 2006 Diwan was hired to provide skill sets such as Project Management and Technical Stewardship. Tasks included analysis of the current rules engine product and pricing design, and recommendation for a new product and pricing design for the ALT-A Loan Program. Diwan derived a common business object model for FNMA, ALT-A and Sub-Prime Loan Programs, and produced a design for business rules flow for the Prequal and AU Engines. Diwan also designed and developed a test harness for the rules engine that allowed for unit testing and regression testing. The development environment included VS.NET 2003, C#, Mortgage Cadence, Windows XP, Stored Procedures, and ACE Engine.
